An original Melody Maker newspaper magazine dated to 13th December 1980, depicting John Lennon on the front cover with the front page headline 'The man who gave peace a chance'. This issue of the magazine featured an eight-page tribute to the man in light of his death.
 
The newspaper has tanned considerably with age, with foxing marks and edge wear throughout. There is also a small mark of surface wear on the front cover and the spine has started to bend inward (see photos for further reference).
 
Size is approx. 13.25"x17.25". Note that this will be shipped flat, as a medium parcel.
