The Beatles plate-style clock, originally produced and distributed by Regency Fine Arts.
 
The clock consists of a ceramic plate face, with attached battery-operated clock quartz mechanism with hanger. The plate face features a printed transfer of the Beatles that was also used for 'The Beatles Live at the BBC: Volume 2'.
 
The underside of the plate features the 'Regency Fine Arts' black transfer stamp, with slogan 'A pleasure to own, a delight to receive'.
 
There are some surface marks on the face, and on the underside. Note that this is being sold as a piece of memorabilia.
 
Size is approx. 8" (inches) in diameter, and (including mechanism) 1½" deep.
