The Beatles Book Monthly Magazine issue No.320 dated to December 2002, originally published by Beat Publications Ltd.
This was the penultimate issue of the magazine series which ran from 1963-1969 before restarting in 1976.

The magazine has some corner creasing and light stress marks down the spine, but is otherwise in decent condition (see photos for further reference)
