The poster depicts a reproduction of Ringo Starr on the cover of Mersey Beat magazine dated 20th August 1964.
The bottom edge of the poster reads 'Mersey Beat © 1961/1977 Bill Harry Mersey Beat Ltd'.
 
The poster has some slight surface wrinkles, but overall in decent condition (see photos for further reference).
