An original Ringo Starr hand-signed limited edition #521/1000 bonded-porcelain figure, produced by Gartlan USA, Inc. in 1996.
The figure was personally autographed, approved and commended by Ringo Starr, and was cast from original artwork by John Hoffman. 
Comes with original COA from Gartlan USA, Inc., with certificate number matching to both the underside of the figure and original box.
The figure has some surface marking on the base, and the underside of the base has a sticker with original vendors surname (see photos). The figure measures approx. 9.5" in height, with base measuring approx. 6"x3.5".
