2 x George Harrison original business cheques dated 26th July 1988 and 4th August 1988, and signed by George's secretary Lucy. To come with an original cheque stub book.
Both cheques have the American Express Bank logo on them.
 
The cheque dated to July is for Berryhurst Care Hire Ltd for the value of £472.71. Underneath the value 'Harrisongs Ltd' is printed. The cheque also has a pink stamp from Midland Bank Plc on the front-side dated 29 Jul 88, and the reverse has the pink Paid stamp from the American Express Bank Ltd dated to Aug 02 88.
The cheque has a staple through top left corner, with a small piece of torn paper attached, and there are a couple of slight crease marks, but otherwise in decent condition. Size is approx. 8"x3.75" (inches).
 
The cheque dated to August is for The Walton Street Stationery Company for the value of £345. Underneath the value 'G Harrison Expenses A/C' is printed. The cheque also has a stamp from Lloyds Bank on the front-side dated 30-07-88, and the reverse has the pink Paid stamp from the American Express Bank Ltd dated to Aug 10 88.
The cheque has staple holes through top left corner, and there are a couple surface marks, but otherwise in decent condition. Size is approx. 6.25"x3" (inches).
 
The stub book features the stubs of 28 cheques/transactions dating from 18th - 27th July 1988. This has some wear, and pages have some bowing (see photos). Size is approx. 1.5" x 3" (inches).
